Our valentine...

We celebrates our valentine's day in a simple way. My hubby asked me to cooked and eat dinner together in our room because we avoided to rush-in and dine-out as expected that restaurant are full this time. Besides, a day ahead he treats me already to dine in a RED LOBSTER Restaurant together with Fred,Anita and Jun. We had an advanced celebration because Fred scheduled to travelled going to Phils. on Valentine's day. Fred gave me a red rose and a bouquet of roses to anita. Though my husband handed me my pre-valentine gift ahead of time, but then he still can't stop himself  to give me surprises. He bought a pair of gold rings for me and him as a token of our love for each other and also represents our  4 long years together. and a 14k gold bangle  bracelet.

This is one of good traits of my husband, he's really a thoughtful guy that every woman loved. I knew and i felt it how much he really loved me and same with my love and affection to him. I really, really love you babe....you really such special to me and the only one who really have special place in my heart. Who loved and appreciated me just the way i am. Who would be all you are to me. my lover,my husband,my friend and my soulmate. This is why our love for each other last...we have a commitment to love and stand for each other, we have communicate as always, we shared our ideas and interest, we have so much fun and laughters together and most of all...we understand each other and learned to forgive and forget that strengthen our love for each other. Each day is always a brand new day. ...Nothing could as for...my heart keeps beating just only for my hubby....I love you so much!!!

happy bday my loving hubby

Early in the morning I whispered to my hubby to have a happy, happy birthday. I prayed to God that He may have a wonderful birthday today, and wishes more blessings to come, godd health and more happiness in life. And hoping that my hubby's wish for may come true...My hubby is just a simple, kind and loving person that no one a wife asked for more. We have a simple celebration of his birthday. He just invited one of his closest friend Fred and family and we dined out in golden corral restaurant. Last weekend we had a vacation in atlantic city, new jersey as part of his birthday celebration. We have so much fun and we enjoyed a lot. Happy Happy Birthday babe!!!

A Pre-Valentine Gift from My Hubby

Just this afternoon, when he came home from work my hubby surprised me with his early gift. Without knowing that in his lunch bag there is a little box there. I opened the bag to take out his lunch box an put it in a dishwasher. He told me that i opened the bag to let his lunch bag taken out and telling me repeatedly. Well, since i already took the lunch box i ignored what he is saying then i went to a bathroom. After a while, i found a little box in top of dining table. And then he told me to opened it...well, i got surprised because i found out a 14 k tri-gold bracelet. I am speechless... no words can say...except thank you babe. It's not the gift anyway, but the thoughtfulness of my hubby that he had. The love he has for me. And he knows how much i loved him, He is the loved of mty life and the only apple of my eyes. My one and only, my friend and my wonderful husband.

In celebration of sinulog festival - pit sr. sto nino de cebu(Virginia USA)

What a memorable and unforgetable experienced that we had today. We just arrived here in Virginia from 2 weeks vacation in our homeplace bremerton washington and fortunately we are invited by our friends to a sinulog festival celebration here in virginia. Really, it's my first time to witness a feast of sto nino de cebu and i don't have any idea on what sinulog is...Thanks to Fred, it's an expereinced for me to witnessed a festivity of sto nino. First i'm just curious...on what really is...but then right now, i discovered that it's really a meaningful and gracious celebration. I enjoyed a lot and strengthen my faith on how our saviour Jesus Christ disguised to live here in our Heart.

calling to philippines

Goodbye 2007 and welcome 2008!!! in time like this,i missed my family in the philippines and the only best thing to reach them, MAKE A CALL... Good that i found the cheapest international rate calling philippines. While surfing the internet my eyes catched this website. www.startec.com. and i visited and gave me an interest to registered. It's only .129 cents/minute. no hidden charges and monthly fee as what i experience with our phone provider.. and take note ,with a 90 free minutes given but it will awarded on the fourth billing cycle .There is a lot of savings than using phone card...i do hope and comfortable using it in making a call  without interuption. It's convenient for me. Happy New Year!!!

Remembering my uncle---tiyong ongge

As early as 4 am today i received a text from my brother Oca informing me that my dad's brother tiyong ongge has passed away.I'm a little bit upsent for that bad news,  I paused a few moments, offering prayer for him  and remembering the good old days with him. He's a typical uncle who showed loved to his niece. I haven't seen him for almost 3 years and my only  regrets that when i came home in p.i last june i didn't have a chance to see or visit him. Tiyong, wherever you are i know that you are in peace right now,,,My condolences to my tiyong's family...

Because of christmas hang-over, i don't really know what i'm going to cook for dinner today,,,my hubby arrived from work too early today. He assumed that i'm not yet doing some cooking, and he's right...We ate as early as 5 pm coz' he wanted to watch movie. I told him that it's better for us to watch dvd in our room,,,but he insist that for a change,,,,we will  watch movie...NATIONAL TREASURE- book of secret.A good movie must one to see.  And fine that its another nicolas cage movie- he is my favorite actor. We enjoyed watching it. And my hubby want to buy for a copy of it in DVD for a compilation. But i know, that it's not yet available that's why he's really eager to watch it in theater. Christmas time!!!

Merry Christmas!!! finally this is it. We heard mass in St Gregory at around 9 pm to thank the Lord for all the blessings he has given us and to hear His good news. and then we proceed to Fred's place . We celebrated our christmas eve at Fred's house , our new found friend here in virginia. We enjoyed a lot and having so much fun with them. As a traditional celebration we have a noche buena at around 12 am and opening gifts...we received a set of bed sheets and clothes for me and my hubby...we really appreciated their effort for preparing foods and gifts for us and same as vice-versa. My hubby cooked puto and a biko( in cebuanos way). But still we missed the christmas celebration  in the philippines.Nothing compared...my hubby knows that i missed a lot my families in the philippines that's why he told me not to worry, in God's will next year we spend our Christmas in the philippines. That's why as early as of now,,,i'm looking forward of it.(lol)

After our noche buena, they prepared for some drinks for a tossed that Christ is born!!! We continued our celebration by singing a karaoke while the boys kept on drinking and we ended up to 3 am. AS  in "walang-tulugan". No dull moments and i really treasured this event as one of our memorable christmas here in US.On christmas day, we woked up at 9 am...still fresh from our hang-over of christmas eve. My stomache is still full but we kept on eating..Until my hubby decided to helped Fred to fixed their fence and they worked until noontime. I've done some calling for my friends and relatives just greeted them a blessed christmas...and it's fine christmas day!!!
