Good that i found the cheapest international rate calling philippines. While surfing the internet my eyes catched this website. www.startec.com. and i visited and gave me an interest to registered. It's only .129 cents/minute. no hidden charges and monthly fee as what i experience with our phone provider.. and take note ,with a 90 free minutes given but it will awarded on the fourth billing cycle .There is a lot of savings than using phone card...i do hope and comfortable using it in making a call  without interuption.
